1. Quotations & Consultations
All quotations provided following a site survey are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices are based on initial scope and visual inspection.
2. Works & Payments
Deposit and payment schedules will be agreed in writing prior to project start date. Progress payments are required upon reaching agreed project milestones. Final balances are due upon completion and snagging handover.
3. Guarantees & Workmanship
Goodman & Son provides a workmanship guarantee on all installations carried out by our in-house trades. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to fitted appliances, sanitaryware, and materials.
4. Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. Bespoke ordered materials or non-refundable supplier items will be subject to applicable restocking or cancellation charges.
